Hannah practices intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent disputes. 

Hannah earned her JD from the University of Ottawa, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Hannah won national and international awards in recognition of her intellectual property advocacy skills, including first place in both the oral and written competitions, and a top-four individual speaker award at the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot. Hannah also worked as a research assistant in intellectual property and technology law, assisting with legal research and submissions on copyright matters before the Supreme Court of Canada and the Federal Courts.

Before joining Anand & Siu LLP as its first associate, Hannah articled and summered with the intellectual property group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Ottawa, supporting on patent and trademark proceedings and appeals, and on pharmaceutical regulatory matters. After her call to the Bar, Hannah joined a top commercial litigation boutique in Toronto where she supported on a complex and high-stakes technology litigation matter with claims exceeding $100 million. 

Before law, Hannah graduated with distinction from Western University with a double major in microbiology and immunology and interdisciplinary medical sciences, providing a strong technical foundation for life sciences and pharmaceutical patent litigation.
